Can you blame me?

Ok, so we all know about my phone.

And how much it sucks.

It's an AT&T GoPhone, and it has no camera, no games, basically nothing but a phone and messaging.

Which isn't that big a problem. But, don't blame me if I want more.

So I'm trying to ask my mom to pick me up an iPhone, which she wouldn't have a problem with, if the bill didn't cost upwards of 75 bucks a month.

So every time I come up with an argument for the phone, she basically verbally kicks my ass with some ninja-like research she's done on the fucking AT&T iPhone plans.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to get a job.

While BEING AWESOME is certainly a great job, and has many benefits, it doesn't exactly pay the bills.

And I haven't the slightest idea how to go about getting a job..

No experience... high school student... yeah. The employers will fucking love me.

I could really use some cash, too. The video games are really lacking.

So I'm just typing whatever comes to mind, aren't I?

Ugh..

ANYWAY.

So let's talk about cellular phones.

Any of my old subscribers know how I feel about phones.

Especially those god damned T-mobile sidekicks.

Why? Because a majority of that shit is unnecessary.

I know it sounds weird coming from a guy who wants an iPhone, but I don't NEED one, I just want one because they seem to be really simple and flow really well, even though I know I don't need a majority of the things on it.

A GPS? How often to I go to places in which I'll need a GPS? I'm in fucking New York City, if I'm ever lost, there are several thousand people around me to ask.

Here's hoping one of them knows where the hell I am.

Now, I'm going to break down the individual aspects of phones like these, and tell you, using my amazing ability of common sense, what's wrong with these things.

Instant Messaging.

Now, for the most part, this is okay. It's simply an extension of text messaging, which is fine, but when people don't sign off for too long, it just gets irritating. Plus, since all these people are always signed on to the instant messenger, they never check their IMs and I'm left with a response 6 HOURS after I sign off.

I'm looking at my buddy list right now, and a friend of the family has been idle since September 23rd.

Web browsing.

...Really? I mean..I...REALLY? Look, I'll admit, the Youtube aspect of the iPhone is pretty badass, and I can see being able to look up certain websites whenever I need to as being useful. But that's on the iPhone. On most other phones, the internet does NOT look like a website. It looks like a brutally abused, empty husk of a website.

In which situation do you really need that? Just in case there's an emergency and you HAVE to update your fucking myspace status A.S.A.P.?

Come on.

Now this isn't a technological piece of the phone itself, but it's starting to bug me. What is wrong with people who not only spend extended periods of time taking pictures with the incredibly shitty camera on their phone, they make themselves their background?

Really?

How self-absorbed can you be?!

"Oh, but if I lose my phone, they can look at it and see who it belongs to!"

Yeah...or...they could look in your phone, where, if you're smart, you put your home phone number, where they can call and actually RETURN it.

Smart guy.

So I'm going to go try and develop a valid argument about why I should get an iPhone..

I think I've earned it.

More blogs coming soon, see you guys later.

The First MyAnnoyances Blog.

Hey people, welcome to the first MyAnnoyances Blog!

...You can stop cheering now.

Okay, so here's the place where I can get my thoughts out on virtual paper, as opposed to screaming at an empty room like I usually do on my youtube channel.

Now, I know that you're saying to yourself, "Matt, you handsome devil, what's the appeal of a blog, as well as vlogging?"

It's really rather simple. For instance, let's say that for some reason I'm sick or I can't do a video because of irritating background noise.

I come on here, type it to you, and you still get the message.

Plus, I can do THIS with no pants on!

....Uh...Awkward..

Anyway, if you're asking why my blogspot is called YoutubeMyAnnoyances, it's because some douche took "MyAnnoyances.blogspot.com" back in 2001.

Yeah, he might of thought of it first, but I'm pretty damn sure that my blog is going to be a lot more awesome than his was.

And he only has one post up, so either he was too lazy to continue, or he's REALLY thinking hard about what his next blog will be.

...Or he's dead.

So really quickly before I get going, let's talk about progression.

Never in my life have I expected that I'd be remotely popular enough on youtube to actually HAVE a blog that branches from my account.

I've had a little number of subscribers for a long time, and I'll be honest, my videos kind of sucked.

I went back and saw the first video I've ever made for youtube, and it was pretty bad.

Horrible camera, no editing, I had no idea what the fuck I was doing and I didn't even have a set place for the camera, so I was just moving around a lot while holding it.

I couldn't bear to watch it.

And let's be honest, I'm only human.

Well, not really. I'm 90% Awesome, 4%Dragon, 2% lightning, 1% Xbox 360 and the rest of me is human.

Now that being said, I make mistakes, and I learn from them.

I've gotten progressively better at talking to myself in a room, which doesn't sound good when you think about it..

But trust me, it is.

So much shit has changed for me in the last month. I've gone to barely any subscribers to 400 in 3 weeks, from using Twitter with no followers to almost hitting 50 followers, and I've made a lot of awesome friends as well.

It's really mind blowing when you think about it.

But I'm rambling now. I'll be back soon with more information, and more awesomeness.

See ya.
